Refrigeration Maintenance

The quality of measuring equipment and tools for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration installations is essential to ensure the maintenance status of the equipment. By calibrating measuring equipment and through inspection of work equipment, the correctness of the measurements and safety during maintenance is guaranteed.

Specific quality requirements often apply for the execution of the work, in particular in order to meet the requirements for the quality or safety of a particular product, as laid down in the BRL100, VCA, and ISO 9000 standards.

Kalibra can help you calibrate measuring equipment for the maintenance of refrigeration systems. We also carry out inspections on work equipment.

Kalibra’s Approach

Our work can be performed on location using one of our mobile measuring chambers. The work is usually carried out on one working day, during which the technicians will calibrate and inspect all measuring instruments and work equipment. Afterwards, you’ll be able to use your measuring instruments and work equipment for a whole year again.

Kalibra specialises in performing accredited calibrations. We work entirely in accordance with the internationally recognised ISO 17025 standard for quality assurance in calibration institutions. Kalibra is not a supplier of equipment. This guarantees the objectivity of measurements and services.

Services

Kalibra specialises in calibrations and validations. In addition, we also perform (metrological) inspections. Our services at a glance:

Calibration

Calibration is the comparison of a measured value using a measuring system with an actually measured value with a standard to determine the deviation.

Validation

Validation of critical facilities, spaces, instruments, and equipment provides insight into whether requirements are met, and therefore whether an object is suitable for the intended goal.

Inspection

Metrological inspection involves testing whether a measuring instrument complies with metrological legislation. Kalibra is a formal inspection body. We carry out inspections as an independent institution. A metrological inspection guarantees objectivity and expertise.
