Kalibra regarded as excellent employer

On 20 November, Kalibra received the Excellent Employer 2018-2019 certificate from its ‘digital’ trainer and coach Remco Claassen. Kalibra has successfully reached Level 1 in realising the sustainable employability of its employees. Central to this is the Synergy dialogue between employees and managers about job satisfaction, well-being, and personal development. Supported by the innovative programme of INVITRA B.V., Kalibra is already well on its way to achieving Level 2.
